There will be a baby shower Sunday, March 29th after worship service until 2 pm for Miracle and Chiwenye Ogbogu and family. Everyone is invited to join us following the worship service!
We are looking forward to summer fellowship and Bible studies and we would like to know your interest and availability. "Summer Evenings With God" will include a potluck dinner, service project, and Love Thy Neighbor-themed Bible Study. The multigenerational events will be Wednesday nights 6-8 pm in June/July. Fill out our survey by March 29th to help us pick the dates.
We will be having evening services for Maundy Thursday (April 2nd) and Good Friday (April 3rd) during Holy Week. They will be at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church at 7 pm. These services will be streamed on YouTube and Facebook for those that would like to join virtually.Â
Holy Trinity Lutheran Church will be having an Easter Breakfast on Sunday, April 5th at 9 am. Pancakes and sausage will be provided, but we are asking for donations of other foods to serve. If you would like to donate an egg casserole, fruit, or juice for the breakfast, please Sign Up Here by Wednesday, April 1st. We will also be having an Easter Egg Hunt following our Easter service. We hope you can come and join us for fellowship!
As we approach the end of Lent, we will be putting together a schedule of worship assistants for Easter Sunday (April 5th) as well as the rest of April and May. We will use recent surveys on how Americans view various economic systems to explore what our faith teaches about the purpose of government, wealth distribution, and property ownership.
